Agosti and Yull on for bodalato and youlley

we've looked a bit fatigued
 
Frustrating watch - some good things and some bad misses.

Okon not having his usual impact but Hall has been strong.

I've been happy with Okon actually, be interesting to watch the replay since some have been critical of him
 
good idea from Yull shooting from range there. Italy just defending so deep you have to discourage it
 
Glad Yull had a crack. Need more of it. Italy holding firm in behind.

I'm not mad as Australia took the game to Italy and had some excellent chances they should've converted. Compared to other youth world cups it was a much more positive showing.

It's now a matter of identifying where we can maximise our strengths in games.

yeah a couple of our players aren't at a high enough level (at least not yet) but about 9 or so of our starters were there abouts

Yep, it's a double win.
 
I remember the best ever generation going down 1-0 to italy at home at the sydney olympics. They ended up losing all three matches

that team was stacked. Hopefully, not an omen

Yep the lack of sharpness probably didn’t help, can’t replicate friendly games and the odd aus cup game into a World Cup level play.
