Welcome to the Green and Gold FC community! To keep our forum positive and safe for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Respect Each Other

• Courtesy and Respect: Treat all members with kindness, maturity, and respect. Healthy debate is encouraged; personal hostility is not.
• No Harassment: Bullying, personal attacks, intimidation, trolling, or bigotry of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes racist, sexist, homophobic, discriminatory, or demeaning language.

2. Prohibited Content

Do not post or link to content that:

• Hate Speech: Extremist ideologies, hate-promoting content, or discriminatory messaging.
• Misinformation: False, misleading, or fabricated information presented as fact. Members may discuss controversial or disputed topics; however, claims stated as factual should be supported by credible sources. Content that spreads demonstrably false information or unfounded allegations may be removed.
• Defamatory Material: Content that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, or designed to damage reputations.
• Offensive Content: Pornographic, adult, graphic, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Spam: Unsolicited advertising, referral links, repetitive promotions, or low-effort commercial content.
• Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of protected material.
• Illegal Activities: Encouraging unlawful acts (e.g., drug use, violence, piracy, buying/selling illegal goods).
• Privacy Violations: Sharing personal information about others without consent (doxxing).
• Legal Violations: Any content that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws.

3. Age Requirement

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this forum.
• Age Confirmation: By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Content Responsibility

• Your Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post, including text, images, links, and media.
• Content Review: Posts may be reviewed, edited, or removed by staff or automated systems to ensure compliance with these rules.

5. Privacy

• Personal Information: Do not share personal details about others without their explicit consent.
• Confidentiality: Private messages and staff communications must remain private unless permission is given.

6. Moderation

• Staff Actions: Moderators may edit, move, lock, or remove content at their discretion to protect the community.
• Consequences: Violations may result in a warning, a thread ban (restriction from participating in specific discussions), temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Actions taken will depend on the seriousness and frequency of the breach. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or removal without prior warning.
• Appeals: If you disagree with a moderation decision, contact our staff respectfully and privately. Public disputes regarding moderation are not permitted.

7. Reporting Issues

• Report Violations: Use the report function to notify moderators of rule violations.
• No Retaliation: Do not engage with or retaliate against rule-breakers. Allow staff to handle enforcement.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• Agreement: By using this forum, you agree to comply with these rules.
• Updates: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the forum constitutes acceptance of any changes.
• Account Closure: If you do not agree with these terms, you may request account closure by contacting administration.
