Opportunity for a North Sunshine vs Srbija final is incredible stuff. Would definitely mean sectioning off Lakeside - and it'd most likely be the middle match of the three, potential security nightmare.

Food for thought here and happy to be shut down as i don't know the landscape well enough, but would there be NPL clubs keen to move into ironbark fields on a permanent basis now that it is about to become available?

Obviously from the nearby region of course.
Think I said on the other thread it is going to happen. Its avondale if it wasnt obvious

Both games currently listed as being at Lakeside on the 14th

Vpl 2 final 12pm
Vpl 1 final 3pm

Hilarious finals can now exist there again for some reason ....
Its the right decision if AAMI is unavailable. Should be at Knights once renovations are done

From the NPL New South Wales to the AFC Champions League 2✍️🇯🇵

In a surprise move, Japanese import Yu Okubo has signed with an unnamed club in the 2025/26 Asian Champions League 2 and will leave his NWS Spirit FC side with immediate effect ✈️

The 28-year-old forward has had a fantastic spell in Australia scoring goals for both Hills United and Spirit FC and he took his game to another level this year scoring 18 goals in the NPL NSW Men's competition and lifting the premiership in Spirit colours.

In addition, Spirit FC will benefit from Okubo's departure from a financial perspective as the NPL NSW outfit have accepted an undisclosed transfer fee.
