The boring jumper wearer from FFV will no doubt ruin it if it comes to that.I'm just excited to see that the "Most Toxic Rivalry in Straya TM" is still a possibility. Preston Lions v SMFC![]()

I was hoping they would have drawn each other next round .... that Spiderman meme would have found it's perfect home!It won’t happen but imagine if Brisbane roar ended up playing lions fc, don’t they both claim the same history
A little harsh on the kid mate. Young Jack is the second string keeper, was fairly brave in coming of his line and stayed focsed the whoe match... He did OK.south melb keeper is so bad. he fumbles everything
“Roar” has to be the worst/most embarrassing club name in world footballI was hoping they would have drawn each other next round .... that Spiderman meme would have found its perfect home!
Yeah give or take I reckon its right...Crowd at Lakeside is 3,080
I used to live in Victoria but I'm out of the loop now. Who is the jumper wearer? The boring jumper wearer from FFV will no doubt ruin it if it comes to that.
The irony is that the REAL rivalry is between Preston and Heidelberg. The reason South Melbourne are often considered the 'rival' is that Heidelberg have fewer fans (and less success) than South.I'm just excited to see that the "Most Toxic Rivalry in Straya TM" is still a possibility. ... and Italians invented pretending they "didnt do that sort of thing".Greeks invented coming from behind.
Loving the celebrations at the ground, that's what football is all about.
for those who missed the goal
Won't happen unless it's the final. It won’t happen but imagine if Brisbane roar ended up playing lions fc, don’t they both claim the same history

Cmon mate, you had quality on and off the pitch. Juach has only been training for 3 weeks and Retre, Yoo, Ramazani also only started training 3-4 weeks ago.you do realise that pre season began for a league clubs barely 3 weeks ago?
this is exactly how they've made the cup a 'level playing field' with semi pro players (who have been playing for 3-4 months and in season) vs the professional players (with all the a league clubs less than 3 weeks into pre season and some have only played 1 trial match)
people assume these matches are easy for the professional players because they are professional players and dont actually have a day job, but thats far from the case

Maybe, no idea. Still interested to see where they play aus championship this year.i thought that was for the Tigers in the NRL.
i could have sworn i heard Leichhardt oval is off limits for APIA now? maybe i am wrong.
Don't know much about them to be honest... ANY match can be a banana skin... After the way we played last night at least we would go in confident.Would be a good outcome for the comp tbh. Fremantle at home shouldn’t be too much of a challenge for Hellas you’d think
