I think we should just play Nish as striker to solve a problem. Our wingers are doing ok and the main problem is Vergos not offering much, with Reec offering even less. Nish was played as a 9 by Popa for the Socceroos.

Jackson looks ok, he's not great but a decent A League CB. I just don't like his passing out from the back, he seems to default to long ball options (perhaps a Diles instruction) and he rarely plays a good long ball.

I was very surprised to see Stella start on the weekend, and no D'Arrigo? Really liked what I saw from Esposito.

I find it weird that in the match preview from the club, only lists Hamill and Rawlins as "Unavailable" but Nish not listed anywhere. No details at all on his injury and expected time out.
