Matildas friendlies in November/December 2025

Football Ferns captain Annalie Longo is retiring from international football and will play her last match tonight against our very own Matildas in Adelaide.

The Matildas starting XI for game two against New Zealand in Adelaide, our last game for season 2025, has been named. Six changes to the side including Sam Kerr starting as captain, marking her return to play on home soil, and Teagan Micah starting between the sticks.

Has EvE got a video of Pepe doing ice or something? Great person, but not starting material anymore.
 
We're underway in Adelaide for the last Matildas game of the year, with the Tillies being tested early by New Zealand but still somewhat on the front foot.

The New Zealand defensive line definitely looks more solid compared to last game especially given how they're stifling the Matildas early on, although they have made a number of changes including a starting debut between the sticks for Alina Santos.
 
beautiful football with a weak finish at the end there, but a clear chance nonetheless
 
VAR might clear that actually since rasos contact was partly caused by her getting a nudge in the back?
