The territory is a means to an end and whoever lives there doesn't matter.

China has found a way to icebreaker through the Northern Arctic, Greenland is in the way and holds a vital strategic chokepoint.

This is the "game" and beyond the noise of partisan poltiics, you think the orange dumb cunt came up with this by himself ? For millenia smart people in government has convinced the not so smart leaders to do things like this.

I have a kurdish colleague, it looks like a mass displacement of the Yazidi to the kurdish part of iraq. He said Syria has released a lot of isis prisoners and the current government is basicially isis with a fake moustache on

Unfortunately, the media has been even quieter on this compared to iran and the usa is apparently backing the syrians

So much in the news cycle that this isn't reported so much. It's mostly in local news as each city deals with the violence happening amongst the protests and in the community.

It's basically groups fighting while the locals just walk on by shaking their heads.
