Tv/movie thread

Anyone else finding some of the streaming services to be shit? I ended up cancelling my Netflix - but will have it till 17th Nov, so can still access it. Was looking at the upcoming stuff and don't feel like I'll be missing out on anything. Need to figure out a way to cast streaming sites to tv. Can't seem to find that option.
 
shit in what way ? lacking decent content of stream issues ?
Content absolutely from my outlook - b grade stuff.

The quality of the content. I've noticed a lot of crime stuff on Netflix of late. No real variety and the stuff they are putting on isn't appealing.

I agree. The quality of tv shows and box series has fallen off a cliff. The golden age streaming is over....

The powers so many are sucked into ala SM let alone if by any chance chance no wifi or nbn some gens meltdown.
Can’t stay focused on something for an hour or so in case they miss something, no heaps of BS from so many no bodies through their mobile that they have to view.
 
Obi Wan Kenobi forgot to mention when he was talking to Luke at his place in the cave in the desert for the first time that he threw his father in a pit of fire with burns to 100 percent of his body who needed a mask to live. Kind of think it would be something you'd mention to someone you just met.

Not to mention Luke wondering if old Ben Kenobi may have some relationship to Obi Wan Kenobi.... must be an "effnikz" surname in those parts and fairly common...
 
After years of putting off watching it due to its length i watched Jacki Brown last night. Fantastic film.

The black lead actor, Pam Grier, is terrific. So is Samuel L Jackson. In fact everyone is.

A completely different Tarantino film.
