I guess 8 games on the trot undefeated goes out the window when it comes to a final..... Anything can happen... that goat track village ground is NOT a happy hunting ground for us these past few years.... and your lads already played there a few week ago so its not totally strange.

I don’t buy this not a happy hunting ground etc. the home city advantage will be and has been massive for semi pro teams who haven’t been accustomed to interstate travel. Especially with the support Hellas will likely have in the terraces
 
Marconi dont play attractive football but tseka flea have one thing that most coaches dont have
He knows how to motivate players in big games

He hates losing and the players wont want to lose .

Expect a tough game
A dirty game if they are losing
Sth melb will know they have been in a game

... hard to say, you have some weapons... but we are grinding the wins out... I get why you would say we are favourites but we had an easier group and, baring Bergers, an easier run to the final... I predict 1-1 or 2-2 and penalties to decide it.... With the two best keepers in Australia thats gonna be tasty....

You always want to win it no matter the big games prior.
Im backing dirty Marconi obviously haha
 
I think it will be very physical. I dont think either team needs any extra motivation, its a final! Everyone will be up for it. Mikkolas long throw has never done much for us at that ground over the years which is a worry, would be huge if we can jag a goal like that in a tight final.

Mate, its been that sort of year where, yes I really do.. Of course I want to win the whole thing, what real fan wouldn't? If we stumble at the final hurdle it will be heartbreaking... losses always are, but nobody at the club can forget that 6 months ago there was a very real fear we were going to play in this league having been relegated... thats what I mean by gravy...
