What has happened to Chris Tremayne another quality NSW fast bowler - another who needed to go interstate?
He missed the entire last season with a rare nerve injury in his neck that restricted full use of his arm/shoulder area. Thankfully we may see Tremmers back for the Blues as he is now playing Premier for his club. Next will be 2nd X1.

Abbott is still a good Shield bowler.
Just took a look at his wickets, first was the nite watchman, then ball hit a crack and kept low, then a play on from a wide and reckless cut shot. I'd not call any of those wickets due to top shelf bowling, mostly luck.

Dont underestimate Liam Scott as he can produce something special with bat or ball when you least expect it.

Blues left with a mammoth 425 to win. Paying for a poor first dig when no one could stay with Steve Smith..

WACA looks the greenest of the three pitches yet it does not have the most difficult batting conditions , with Lachlan Hearne about to post the Bulls second century. Unless he is left stranded by the tail..

Not good enuff Tigers. You had five wickets to take mostly late order bats and they needed 124 runs. Jackson Bird wicketless, perhaps retirement is now overdue.

No.

Bird bowled well in the first dig. Bowled without luck in the second.

I have LS earmarked for higher honours.

Bowled well in both innings. Scored a few pressure runs in the second.

He has a funny standup straight lead leg in a few shots. Looks awkward, but effective.

Scott is only 24 yo.
