You can lay bets CA takes all World Cups seriously. Reckon the players certainly do, as IPL $millions are riding on their performance.Aus does not take T20 too seriously,

It's a real problemHead should really roll, but it feels like Aus does not take T20 too seriously, so I can't imagine that they would take it that seriously.
Charlie Anderson took his numero uno FC wicket yesterday. Big moment for the youngster. He has to now finally be close to a full Blues contract.Tells me Charlie Anderson is close to a full Blues contract
So do I mate. A J H clone. Charlie was 21 in Jan and now has his first wk in FC cricket. I also rate Davies and Sangha.Really like the look of Anderson - only 21 yo. Looks like a future Test player. Is his name Charlie?

I'll do my overview here Tas v NSW under lights. So so I mate. A J H clone. Has his first wk in FC cricket. I also rate Davies and Sangha.
If Tassie wanted to save a match this is the pitch they'd wish for.
He performed very well.Philippe throws away a deserved ton after showing caution for most of his innings. Tassie now have a minor opening. At tea they were 1-84.
I just wonder if some of the T20 Aus team players are a bit soft?
David, Maxwell, Zampa, Dwarshuis ?, Marsh, Ellis, Stoinis ( although he played well under pressure), are feted a bit in the media. Too many media interviews and fan attention, and not enough hard cricket?
They play no tough red ball cricket under sustained pressure. They play in front of huge crowds all the time, just bowl a few defensive overs or flay the bat for a few balls. They bat with no pressure of close in fielders as well.
David, Maxwell and Zampa don't even play for an Aussie state. Marsh and Stoinis too? Are they a new breed of soft, rich, money chasing cricketers, who traverse the world chasing the glory of fan and media adulation, but are soft?
Tim David knocked back a Tas Tigers contract - ignoring a chance to play red ball cricket - the ultimate test of skill.
So now you can understand why I am excited by him mate.Anderson - definite Test prospect at age 21. At last I've seen him bowl live.
Yes he does. A lone hand by Slug stopped the Blues in their tracksWebster - man for a crisis all rounder. Plays well under pressure.
28/9. Excellent first inns dig on that difficult pitch. And agree his keeping up was impressive.Philippe - haven't checked his age,
He can bat. Has a superior red ball technique to his brother and is a better bowler too.Davies - could be too? His left arm finger spin surprised. Didn't see him bat though.
He needs to concentrate on white ball for mine with Aidan O'Connor or Louis Smith as his replacement, bowling first change and batting in the late middle order. That is providing Smith is contracted for this season. Personally hoping selectors could find room for both as they look to have more natural talent and consistency than the incumbents, Hope and Owen..Owen - needs to stop playing T20 batting in red ball
I agree. Break up the proliferation of top order lefties. The kid is a good batting prospect but needs a contract first.IMO we need Tom Dwyer as a right handed opener.

Charlie does have a smooth action like Josh. Similar pace too and ability to build pressure with his accuracy. Stay fit young fellow and you should have a full season for your state.Vidler and Beardman are currently injured - tyros who have pace.
Sep Blatter should take over the ICC
And that $67m is only after waiting years for a rise. Still far too little to do anything to lift cricket to a truly international global sport. For example, Nepal one of the leading AMs is projected to receive between $700,000 and $800,000 in 2026. Pathetic and for a cricket mad nation too. Dont hear anything about the BCCI wanting to cut into its squillons to assist the best of these struggling minnow nations.
