My two bobs- it will be a tight game yet Australia will lose. Not because they are not good enough. No. Just like South Korea had a helping whistle in 2002, the us will have the same at this WC. If the fifa honchos can stand being ridiculed over a freedom medal, ref bias will be water of a duck's back.
 
Bit of a negative take but I believe we will get dominated the first half, be down at half-time and then panic an Irankunda, Volpato half-time change and then we will see us instantly play better. Written in the stars.

I'm thinking of our America's Cup victory in eaerly 1980s and the mens 4x100 freestyle victory over the USA at sydney olympics
