ONLY salt and Oregano not my image but you get the picture.... baste with oil and lemon as its cooking.... bloody hell Im dizzy just thinking about it. Dont stop cooking auntil you can break the thing apart with your hands... chop it up with a hatchet, sprinkle salt and oil and lemon and serve with bread and 3-4 slabs of cold codl cold bear... (serves 4, 2 if you are hungry). hahahahahaeach to their own, but that sounds too sweet.

Never needed too, usually just nip them off with scissors half way through cooking and throw them to the dog as a treat.Stops the ears from burning to a crisp.
