In Brisbane there are allegedly one or two players in FQPL3/4 or even below pocketing $1000 or more per week. Absolutely ludicrous.

Take it easy mate! Yeah, we have seen over the years all the favouritism shown to the biggest greek club in the country!
NO logical supporter has an issue with the deduction of points when flares are thrown at players except perhaps a few like you (who from memory was one of those trying to justify it at the time!)... As for Dandy they get to drop it on appeal like others did, to a more sensible deduction or just fine so perhaps wait for that result before spouting that crap!

Only issue i have with this is its the bergers second issue in a season and they copped a measley 5k.

I legit cant remember the last time hajduk did anything and they cop -4

We South fans have copped it hard over the years from FV. Points deductions, fines etc.

To deduct competition points should only be last resort. You're better off applying fines or holding matches behind closed doors. To deduct competition points is just a bridge too far for me.

Yeah i agree, fines wouldve been the most warranted imo also in this latest one and both on report if there is a future incident. Final was very seperate incidents and verasity to the preston game! Id have had no issue for Preston fans having the flares and lighting them but when they aimed them at opposition its a different ball game!

I can tell you 100% honestly Sydney United dont spend $1mill a season. Not even close.

APIA and Marconi are the most around the $800k mark. You can add Sutherland to that list now.

My memory going back to when this was played isnt great but didnt they have those yellow smokie type ones? I wonder if they're viewed differently.
 
Maybe unpopular opinion but imo I don’t really think anything Alexander did in isolation warrants a points deduction or massive fine and to suggest so would be whataboutism or because you just don’t like them. I think we can agree what Preston fans did warrants punishment, throwing pyro at players with intent/force. Whether the team should lose points as a method of punishment is a matter of opinion, I personally probably think not, blame and punish the individual imo
