I think one reason Rugari is the way he is, is because he is from Adelaide. I have a theory that people from Adelaide are the most effusive when it comes to the A League. In my opinion, the Adelaide A League club has been the most successful in corralling all the supporters in Adelaide into supporting their club. They look at their own ethnic clubs and see absolutely no future for them.

Has been noted previously, potentially more so the case culturally in Adelaide just by virtue of the fact it’s quite a small place with limited resources (and people for that matter).
