No idea, but its better then nothing haha.
Thing I found most interesting in the 2026 Declaration of leagues - National Premier Leagues that just came out it that the Tigers FC Girls have been promoted to the NPLG for the 2026 season. This proves that you can be promoted to the Premier Leagues from Community football if you set up a solid, sustainable and competitive program. I hope some clubs (not relegated for location) take this as a sign to work hard to get back.
Also, surely all of Gungahlin is relegated!! It is confirmed they owe ACT Sports grounds almost $200,000 and also confirmed Capital Football is also owed a decent amount of money (undisclosed amount). They also still owe multiple business, in addition to club members (who loaned them money). It would not be out of line to assume the debts are close to, if not over half a million.
Had a chat with someone from Tuggeranong Women's last week and they expected this *asterisk from Capital Football and are 'all over the issues'. They don't seem worried at all about meeting Capital Footballs requirements for them.
