Jamie Young has Sri Lankan ancestry, not Indian. Ryan's brother Aryn had expressed playing for India in the past though.

Dunno if they ended up changing their laws though. If they haven't, he'll have to revoke his Australian citizenship.

When asked as a dual-national for which nation he would like to play, Deni had been quoted in March of this year by SBS as wanting to continue his journey with Australia:

“When I make my next club move I’m sure I’ll get a call from either one or the other country, and all the cards will be on the table.

“You could say, for sure, though that my heart lies with Australia. The dream of playing alongside Tomi for the green and gold is still alive.”

However, in a recent interview with Croatian daily sports newspaper Sports Jutarnji, Deni has stated his desire to play for Croatia. Jurić had previously represented the nation at the youth level, making four appearances for Croatia's U-19 team.

Speaking to the paper on September 24, he is quoted as saying:

"It has not been decided yet, but now that I am a senior, I would like to play for the Croatian national team. My family are from here, that's how I was raised.

"I spent my teenage years in Croatia, school ... After all, we are runners-up in the world. My heart beats for Croatia," said Deni.

Ryan Williams has given up his Australian citizenship per Football360 and the Indian federation are just waiting for Football Australia to issue a no-objection certificate before they can officially announce the callup.

I think Rech has been mentioned a couple of times. I don't think Okkas has been. Neither of them has played any minutes in the current season. Rech (playing name Rafinha) is in the squad of Juventude in the Brazilian 2nd Tier. Okkas is on loan at Panionios (from Rio Ave in Portugal) in Super League 2 in Greece.
 
Darko Stanojevic is another dual-national for those who like to keep an eye on these. I've mentioned him in the past. 28 years old and currently plays for Loznica in the Serbian 2nd Tier. LB or LCB who plays nearly every minute of most games. 16 appearances so far this season. Usually rates high 6's or 7s on Sofascore. Had one game for Perth Glory back in the 2021/22 season.

Played a full game last night in a 1-1 away draw to Vozdovac.

It's probably worthwhile to point out that, with the exception of Zayn Al-ghazawi, all of the above players are presently tied to a "sporting nationality" other than Australia.

Arena, Millwood and Chipperfield cannot play for Australia, at any level, until they successfully apply to Change Association to Australia. This is because each of them has already played in an "official competition" at underage level, for Italy, Serbia and Switzerland, respectively.

In the case of Triantis, if he wishes to play for Australia at any time, he needs to successfully apply to reverse the Change of Association which he has already been granted. He can do this if, at the time he applies for Reversal, he has never played for Greece in an official or non-official competition.

I expect that sometime later this month Al-ghazawi will fall into the same category as the other 3 who need to apply to Change Association. Unless Palestine decides not to play him in any of its 4 AFC U17 Asian Cup Qualification ("official competition") matches that are scheduled between 22 and 30 November. To date, all of Al-ghazawi's appearances for Palestine's underage teams have been in Friendly matches. And, as has been pointed out previously, Friendlies have no effect on tying a player to a "sporting nationality".

does this mean overy did a one time switch? Didn't he play youth internationals for scotland?

i can find no record of him playing for Scotland in an official competition. And if he has never played for Scotland in an official competition, he has never had the need to request a Change of Association to Australia.

There is a reference on Wikipedia to him playing 2 games for Scotland U19 in March this year. If that is accurate, those games were Friendlies. Which don't affect his sporting nationality.

Well congrats to our development program producing a player good enough for a mid tier euro nation. Hopefully we produce enough that losses like him won't hurt us too much
