Talent at 17 is not a reliable indicator of a future career. When Lyon were good, their strategy was based around picking up talent around 22 years old, by this time most things have sorted themselves out and you get a better success rate.Wasn't sure where to post this but he is a dual national I guess.

Goes to one of the best academies in the world, keeps guys like Gravenberch out of the u21s, back in the NSL at 25?
How does this happen? How can he be so highly rated at that age and then vanish? What was it? Technical ability? Mental toughness? Lack of athleticism?
Seriously needs to be studied. Maybe someone on here knows more?
