I wish middlesborough well but to be fair, the championship is 16 in of 46 games? practically any team down to 15th on the current table has a shot at promotion.

He is another of our dual nationality youth who will need to apply for a Change of Association if we ever wish to select him for an Australian youth side or the senior Socceroos side. He has already played 3 "official competition" matches (in 2024) for Turkiye U19 in the UEFA Euro U19 Championship Qualifiers.

Yeah it looks like he's getting back to some good form, starting every game & playing 90 mins. His team is also slowly climbing out of the relegation zone as well. Going to be very interesting to see who Popovic picks in midfield for the cup

Hrustic has had many opportunities in the national team, and apart from a few isolated moments/parts of matches has not impressed me. He also doesn’t seem to show the attitude I expect from players playing for the Socceroos.

I wouldn’t be upset not to see him in the WC squad.
