So we've got 2 Aussies at Schalke. Any sign of Dylan Leonard yet?

I'd expect him to be not miles away from first team football once he is match fit. Buli 2 is a high level, but probably a touch lower than the championship

Watford are set to sack manager Paulo Pezzolano with the club 11th in the table

Crunch talks are being held today with the club hierarchy expected to part ways with the 42-year-old.

Sky Sports News understands Javi Gracia is the number one target to replace Pezzolano.

Fuck this was exactly my biggest fear when Irankunda signed for Watford.

Why sack him now when they are 3 points from the playoff zone and 7 points from top?!? They haven't lost by anymore than a solitary goal so far in the league and have 7 points from the last 3 games!!

Absolutely madness expecially considering they are just kneejerking back to Javi Garcia purely because he got them to finish 11th in EPL and make a cup final. He would be their 13th change of manager since 2020!!! What a joke of a board!

This is football. He needs the mentality to keep fighting

This is what will make a great player imo

I agree to an extent, but there is a difference between the modern day results above everything model and what has taken place at Watford since the current owners took over 10 plus years ago.

Having 13 managers in 5 years would negatively effect most players progress and development so I think what has taken place at Watford is a bit of a special case.

Yet last week being subbed up early due to a tactical change and looking a little off was humiliating and damaging? It's all part of football, isn't it?

The good news is he returned only a few days later and had a solid game. The best response.
