Giuseppe Bovalina was an unused sub for the Vancouver Whitecaps in a 4-0 (6-2 Aggregate) win over Forge FC in a Canadian Championship Semi Final.
Burgess, what a hit son.... love it.

Watched the full replay. Burgess had a blinder for the most part. Wearing the armband seems to suit him. Why he not aussie captain? He's probably our most experienced guy now?
He's probably in career best form and his last two games for the Socceroos were excellent.

As for captaincy - he's never entirely been sure of his spot and is getting on now. I think Circati is still too young to be fulltime captain (and it seemed to affect his game). It will be Ryan, assuming he makes the WC squad, but after that my tip is Maxy Balard for long term captain. He's going to be a mainstay of our side for the next ten years.

Yep silver lining that Burgess was the one to screw Ange over!! He'll be fuming though and spraying them something shocking. The number of chances they had in the second half and barely even hit the target was nowhere near good enough.

This almost always happens though early on with Ange's teams and if there is one competition you'd choose to bow out of early it's the Carabao Cup.
It was a weird ending, forest almost decided to stop playing it’s football and could not keep the ball for longer periods which allowed Swansea to finish strong.

I certainly appreciate all the updates you provide here RF. However, it would be easier for you to just type "xxxx played the full match", rather than "xxxx played the full match plus stoppage time". "Playing the full match" is universally accepted to mean playing the 90 minutes plus whatever stoppage time is added.

Not trying to be difficult, just an observation.
