Age grade Matildas teams thread

Two further changes for the Young Matildas. Tiana Fuller and Daisy Brown come on in the 70th minute, replacing Danella Butrus and Skye Halmarick respectively.

Full time at the Pathum Thani Stadium, with the Young Matildas running out 5-0 winners over India to record their second win of their under-20 Women's Asian Cup campaign, moving to six points with a perfect record of two wins from two courtesy of a hat-trick from Skye Halmarick in the 38th minute with a converted penalty, along with goals in the 39th and 48th minute. Danella Butrus and Daisy Brown scored the other goals in the 54th minute and fourth minute of second half stoppage time respectively.

The Young Matildas' starting XI for our last group C match against Japan has been named, with just the one change made to the playing list from our previous group stage match against India. Talia Younis comes into the squad, replacing Danella Butrus, as Alexia Apostolakis leads the line as captain and Ilona Melegh starts between the sticks.

Emma Dundas yellow carded in the 42nd minute for the Young Matildas for a foul, becoming the third player after Ilona Melegh and Tegan Bertolissio to receive one this match.
