A-League Mens 25/26 - Round 13

If the player is right in front that is blocking vision. There is no way that was blocking his vision unless he’s cross eyed.

Moving in from the side is enough of a distraction to gain an advantage that close to both the keeper and the line of sight.

It has to influence the keeper's movement and decision making just by being there.

I am happy for every passive offside advantage to be pulled up though so I am biased.

I think the judgement was offside obstruction. I must admit that I have never heard that before. I wonder how often it occurs and not pulled up. A lot of decisions seem to depend on which ref you get, not a lot of consistency

why is devenish mears putting his arm up appealing to the ref before the headed shot happens rather than trying to save the shot?

SFC down to 10 men, Nix in front 1-0, Cum”on Wellington put 5 past them!

But when was the last time you saw that rule Pat?
Pretty sure we've had it against us this season. Could have been last season. All I know was as soon as I saw it I knew it would be overturned. The question should be why did it take so long.
