No black bordering. So Gauci, Rowles, Borrello and Boyle cut. So much more sensible than we'd hoped.

Given his injury last time, gutted for Boyle but we kept telling him he was on borrowed time.

Sad for Rowles as he's been so passionate for the shirt.

Gauci will come back stronger and it in the keeper mix.

Borrello bloody lucky to even be invited.

They'll be hanging in camp in case of injuries up until the Turkey game.

Think about how old Herrington was when we were struggling during the covid qualifiers.

There would've been some tough conversations there. Boyle will be devastated.

Your reply with Degenek had me shocked thinking him and Rowles.

I opened the FA article and they didn't state it but saw names like Souttar and Devlin and froze that they might be out.

Frantically searched for Devlin's name. Leckie gets in with the midfield aspect other it is Boyle.
 
I guess the most interesting example is kye rowles

Was really good against peru and in qatar, still young enough he looked like he could go to another level. He has improved a bit since then but despite being at his peak is no longer good enough because herrington and burgess have overtaken him

He'll be there or abouts the next cycle keeping everyone honest. Degenek and Geria drop off and maybe even Burgess and there's a bit of a drop after that.

I would have taken Rowles over Degenek because he can cover centre half as well as left back (at an absolute pinch). I can see a possibility where we might want to throw Bos further forward and having Rowles as a back up left back to Behich would have been helpful.
 
Still baffled by the release time. Bloody hilarious. Popovic must have had a succulent chinese meal for lunch and just let democracy manifest itself!

Channel 10 info of 11:30 was wrong and that meant a few pods were also misinformed and are probably waking up now to tonnes of messages.

That's what has surprised me. I get Degenek is there for leadership but I could only see him facing Paraguay.

Yeah degenek is solid in his positioning but makes it hard to play out

I will have a look at the replay when I record stats in about a month when I return from my trip. He may have been constantly Squeezed, as Mexico studied a lot of Roo footage prior.

Whether he made his usual constant turnovers, intercepts and won plenty of 1v1s will become apparent.

Agree that your other ‘poster boy’, Behich, may have seen Father Time finally catch up with him. Will no doubt see you at Aziz’s retirement party, JS!

Haven’t seen news, but astonished that Rowles has been dropped - if he has?

Even did well at Left WB, apart from Colombia.
 
Like with Miller being out, a gust of of vacuum has no appeared with Boyle not being included.

Too bloke but all those starts against minnows when we could've regenerated frustrated me. The same goes with Duke out we've got Tete who's raring to go.
