Please no ALM v ALM in the round of 32. I really enjoy watching these NPL clubs go against the Pros as I never watch the games otherwise unless its the R16 or semis.
I'm picking Glory to go far this year and WSW to lose some of its poison and make a good run at it.
I think the 3 clubs involved in Asia this year will play it safe and field mostly Youth driven sides.

Even with a youth-driven side Newcastle Jets should still do well in their Hahn Australia Cup title defence though.

Was at my old juniors club last night and saw them demolish the SA NPL leaders Birkalla, now they get “rewarded” with a trip to everyone’s favourite ustase club – Sydney United.

There's going to be a big police presence at that king tom that night, I doubt any fans will be coming up from Adelaide

There's no guarantee that FK Beograd are going to get drawn against Sydney United 58 on the road in the Hahn Australia Cup round of 32 though.

draws already out, they're matched up

going to be a tough round for the south australian sides - cumberland have a hard away match and AU have preston at home which will be difficult to

If the matchups for the round of 32 have been confirmed already then that means the live draw on Monday for the start of the Hahn Australia Cup competition proper is merely a ceremonial affair.

its only the list of clubs in the 32, not the draw.

draw is on monday, 7.30pm

well i hope we come to Adelaide (y)

Although I wouldnt have minded playing Mariners so early in the piece.
Who ever plays us will probably be up against a Mariners team stacked with Academy players as so many players from last season's squad have been released-up to 12 at last count. No details of a new owner has been released( if there is one) and no coach has been named.

Football Australia should be ashamed for its failure to release national stage match schedule on Australia Cup website as this pic was taken from Brisbane Football Review podcast lads to post proposed round of 32 dates they sent to me two days ago via DM's on X.

Some good matchups in there, could be a few cupsets. Maybe South Melbourne over a rotated CCM side, and/or perhaps Heidelberg United will beat a rotated Brisbane Roar side. Sydney United vs FK Beograd will be nuts even though the former will win comfortably. As for Sydney FC, I’d say we’ll play the kids against Lions FC.

Just a random thought, if Azzurri United win, will they be the first NT team to win a round of 32 match? I know NT teams are pretty shit so I don’t think they’ll beat Maitland FC but I just can’t ever remember a team from the Territory going far at all in the Australia Cup.
