Rule of thumb seems to be if Auckland can turn your fast break back even momentarily they are safe.
Very quick to reassemble in defence.
They nip and niggle all over the pitch with marginal fouls and it just helps break up the systems and fluidity of opposition players.
At the pointy end they can be bloody clinical with very few chances.
I am not saying Heidelberg can't beat them - but I expect it would be a much harder game than you might imagine.
Sydney on the other hand seem to stumble through defensively and stumble into attacking options - but they do it consistently and they win regularly so it isn't as disjointed or lucky as it may seem.
They also nip and niggle to upset their opponents.
I will enjoy the challenge of the game whoever they face in the semis.

Auckland proved miserly against very good attacking sides last season. They are very fast in defence on the turn which means teams often have to beat them twice to score - once to get in behind then again on the shot. With the semi next weekend i havent seen anything from either of these teams that will trouble heidelberg
