Got excited when I saw Sam Kerr but turns out it was the Scottish one at Liverpool, not the Aussie one at Chelsea. Sonia Bompastor’s a fool for making Sam rest this game simply because we coulda had two Sam Kerrs in one game.

It's likely a tactical decision for Bompastor to be giving Sam Kerr a rest this week because Liverpool are winless in WSL and Chelsea have a UWCL game against Barcelona midweek.

Lots of parallels with last season:

* Kristianstad's last game of the 2024 season was against last-placed Trelleborg (that time away)
* Kristianstad's last game of the 2025 season will be against last-placed Alingsås (this time at home)

Kristianstad beat Trelleborg 5–0 in that game and Remy Siemsen got a hat-trick. Fingers crossed we see another hat-trick from her!

Remy Siemsen also played 57 minutes, scoring a hat-trick with goals in the 2nd and 39th minute, and a converted penalty in the 35th minute before being subbed off.
