Looking at ELO theres a big gap between the top 5 and Portugal, but then a big gap between Portugal and 7th best league which for past few yrs has rotated between Netherlands, Austria and Belgian leagues, usually Netherlands though.

Prior to 2022 the Russian and Ukrainian leagues were also vying for the 7th spot.

Both Overy and Hall at Brighton need senior football.
Overy to any SPL team would be good but playing with Devlin would be ideal
