They also subtitle movies and TV shows (except animated kids stuff) instead of dubbing them. Plenty of things have Portuguese dubs but they’re all produced in Brazil, since Brazil still dubs stuff. Most Brazilians are monolingual and most Lusophone Africans only speak Portuguese and a local language either.

Not Italy though. It's a backwater and they treat most of our players poorly.

It'll be good for Harry Souttar to get his career back on track at a mid-table Serie A side after struggling with injury and suffering relegation during his time in the English league system.
 
There's been a lot of discussion about the quality of leagues and clubs our players play at. This is shaping up as a really interesting transfer period.

Circati (Atletico, PSG) and Herrington (Barcelona, Liverpool, you name it) have both been rumoured targets of top top teams in big 5 leagues.

Beach (Troyes) has moved to a top 5 league. Circati (Palma) and Volpato (Sassuolo, rumoured Fiorentina) are already there.

Ryan, Okon-Engstler (Koln), Souttar (Cagliari) are strongly rumoured to make transfers to teams in big 5 leagues.

Irankunda (Sporting Lisbon), Devlin (Rangers) and Bos (Feyenoord) are at or rumoured to be at big clubs with European pedigree.

Irvine goes down. It's unknowm where Metcalfe will land.

Theres water to go under the bridge and who knows how the cards will fall but its encouraging.

Whats wild is we knew the qualities of these guys. If they make the moves rumoured I don't think we're inherently more talented than what we were at the World Cup. But we'd look better on paper. I think this team is capable of more than we've seen from them.

Hes dominated at 2 world cups now, has premier league experience on his cv and a previous big transfer fee. Thats enough for a lowly serie A side coach to give him an extended run of games and we all know harry is easily good enough for that level. Italian league suits a low block defender like him, he'll be fine amd it will be a good move, injury gods permitting.
 
Really encouraging to see our players linked to big leagues all over Europe, im hoping we evolve to the stage and we start to see our players move away from these 2nd division or 3rd of 4th tiers leagues into the top divisions especially that their clubs are able to compete in continental leagues.

Would he receive as many aerial crosses in Italy?

Sounds like a goo dmove.

Essentially he was as good as Circati at the WC, who plays Serie A. He also led the Roos.

How Souttar's life has changed as a Roo!

Overlooked by Scotland, to captain Aus at WCs and Asian Cups. Next a Serie A move. The Cagliari home stadium only holds 16 000 though.
