And yet they want to expand the Club World Cup. FIFPRO must be pretty toothless:

It will be interesting to see if the rugby scrums in the penalty box in European club football at corners and free kicks will be clampeed down on in the coming season. This World Cup has shown it's possible to police it to a fair degree. Have to assume this was a FIFA directive? Hopefully UEFA can follow suit

It was a dive worthy of the great dive artist Klinsmann. Blatant and undeniable. Feel sorry for Embola - he was being fouled all day and maybe thought this is the only way I can get justice. But simulation is a yellow card offence and should always be enforced when the evidence is clear.

Argies no diff in Qatar Zim.
They never look as polished but it’s their fight determination mever say die attitude mixed with moments of bright counter football towards goal then there they have 2/3 quality finishers if when there’s 2nd balls.
Just another style unlike the euro teams.
Swiss were winning the ground or let’s say rhythm but once at 10 was like a run away train heading for disaster.
