Summer of Cricket thread

Think our bowlers have been a bit short this morning other than Starc's one that missed Archer's stumps by a coat of varnish.
 
Take my hat off to Poms. Big partnership under pressure from Stokes and Archer - with the latter making 50 batting at 10 impressively.

All out for 286, about 85 runs behind. England are right back in this match. They need early wickets though.

Starc has made the ball swing again with the second new ball.

Nope, Stokes should be in prison for bashing that bloke outside the pub for being gay and Archer should be lining up for the West Indies over in NZ

The bloke only played for England as he threw a tantrum over not being selected for the West Indies in an U19's World Cup.

Despite being brilliant in the first 2 Tests, Starc looked innocuous at times in this innings.

Cummins has come back well. He and Josh H ( Mike, a good mate of Richie’s, is a fool denigrating him) are simply greats as all time fast bowlers.

GOAT has done his part and Barrel took 3 poles.

💯 Dont forget Greens contribution. Nailed Brook with a pearler that broke an annoying partnership yesterday, then he almost had a double wicket maiden when he missed Smiths edge by a coat of varnish. Couple of overs later Inglis dropped a chance that a keeper shudda held. The big fellar has also been our most economical quick.
