haha well,
Ah nice to see Liverpool getting pegged back. Manchester United dug deep. Quite the spread of results so even a few mid table teams are nudging towards the top.
we've been pegged back for weeks - by ourselves.
Too early to get too stressed for now - all this OTT buying and questionable offloading (imo) has really changed us - we are not the same and have totally upset/flipped the long time Klopp mould - obviously things change.
Sloty rode into a well oiled primed settled machine - now we can say this is his team moving forward.
On paper it looks good but on the park we haven't played well enough the last 4/5wks.
Patchs here there - picked up quite a few late wins giving a flase sense of strength/composure.........
Our total feel is like we're on a new bike or car, we are not great facing counter attacks as we were last season.
No TAA/Robbo wide after so long has really changed our flow - our mids are not plugging the holes/or winning 2nds as well as before also.
Look at that 1st opportunistic goal both Macca/VVD contested originally - wtf.
From that moment on I knew watching we would struggle the whole game to peg that goal back.
Friggin Magoo one of the most useless backs in the game snares a set piece 2nd - says it all where we're at :)

In saying that HTF can't you put united away with that possession/hits to goal/corners shows we've lost that flowing edge.

zimbos if its one win to cherish this season its this one at least for you guys.

Harry McGuire has taken some huge criticism over the years. Sometimes frim his own fans at United.

That winner at Anfield gives him legendary status amongst the Old Trafford faithful for at least a few seasons...

is this legit or what ?
frigging 2hrs 28 long.

Sunderland are going to get back almost all of our summer transfer spend when one of the big boys come in to sign Sadiki at the end of the season. The lad is a machine. Runs twice as far as anyone else on the pitch, good on the ball, plays a good pass, and hard as nails. Twisted his ankle and sent home early from international duty... Then did it again during the game, got up, and played on. No pain. I'm not saying he's the second coming of N'golo Kante... But he's not far off.

Ben the big boys always come to pillage - I get clubs needs the revenue to operate but sometimes you'd think a club would be selfish and look ahead to be a top 10 or 6 even top 4 club instead of the snakes and ladders many go through.
Like Sadiki - no doubt someone will come - like we had ala Hendo then look how his career went.

MCG, as mentioned Thanks, I am no internet searcher for podcasts let alone much else BUT I have to Thankyou again posting that.
Obviously I'll forever have a man crush for Jurgen therefore have listenned to most of that pod now.
There wasn't much I hadn't heard from him already BUT this is brilliant listenning for anyone about not just a brilliant coach but a wonderful human.
IF I ever came back from the dead I'd luv to be so so much like him.
No wonder why he is liked all over the world and success just followed.

Love Hendo's career in Saudia, the runner who found the heat to hard to run in & had not a lot of other attributes.

Mate, it's my first opportunity in 15 months to giving Liverpool fans a bit of sh!t, give me a break.

hey don't mis understand me - go for it.
Same applies from my team chatgroup - the united fans haven't stopped for days - I lol part of the fun.

No club can be selfish - especially in the age of FFP. Without Champions League money, the only way to raise income is to sell your best players. In the age of player power, you also can't force a player to stay - if they are good enough they want to move on and up in one season, not wait three whilst your club grows.

For Sadiki - someone will definately come, and we'll cover our signings for the next summer.

When it comes to Hendo - a great deal for all parties. If he stayed at Sunderland he would have stagnated, he needed that extra push. His start at Liverpool demonstrated that - slow, not good enough... Then he put his head down and worked his bollocks off to get up to Liverpool level, and won the lot with them. He never would have had to do that work at Sunderland.

Wow Sunderland win at Chelsea and are in 2nd. United 4th as it stands. Glad to see balanced and surprise results.

This shit is rigged. Brentford's second goal took around 60 seconds during 3min of added time to restart. No other stoppages. The clock hit 49 when the ball was around the half way line. Liverpool score 16 seconds later. Way too generous.

Damn talk about night and day.
We’ve always struggled at Brentford but we’re a different team totally.

Brentford player down for 2min. Ref played 4 extra added mins. It's just too obvious now. Shit ref with no control. I enjoy time being added for time wasted but this wasn't the case.

I didn't realise Villa had recovered well enough while Fulham are really hobbling along currently.
