I knew United would finally start to get things together. They are playing too few games now not to just work things out in training and be able to execute them in game.

There's enough "talent" to push for top 4.

Starting to look mighty congested up top of the table, going to be interesting where things stand around Christmas.

Sunderland has to drop off 2nd half of the season. Mid-table or perhaps sneak into a Conference league spot.
 
yer Villa been in the doldrums lack of scoring for many weeks but at least their defense is better than LFC hahaha
Good win against city thats for sure.
There was some recent press saying look out for Peps resurgence - that got stunted unexpectedly.
Much like LFC's title defense atm :(
Happy seeing Bournemouth Sunderland at such heights ! Forest did this also don't forget - lets see how it pans out.
Apart from LFC being disappointing of the usual suspects Chelsea and Toon as well with all the $ the clubs spend and talent available.

Interesting Palace you'd think should be much higher the way they have played since late last season.

Sunderland coming 2nd how weak is the PL after Arsenal this year.
 
I like Liverpool FC in general but not their ownership model. If they were not to qualify for the Champions League next season by finishing say 6th or below then all you're going to hear is about their owners plans for the no jeapardy European Super League again.

These Yanks don't particularly like the current way of doing things in football and want to change the model ro suit themselves.

Frank is the sort of manager I despise but respect at the same time. Him and Arteta sing from the same hymn sheet. Boring AF football but very effective in the modern era.

I reckon we'll finish around 13-14th. We're very good defensively, and Le Bris can out think most coaches, but we'll struggle durign AFCON without Sadiki, and the month before AFCON sees us playing Arsenal, Bournemouth, Liverpool, Man City and Newcastle. The league position could look very different in 11 games time.

I'll be delighted to be proved wrong, and to see us skirting around the top half of the table, picking points up in unlikely places... I didn't expect in a million years to be winning at Chelsea. Loved it!

Annoying they have no early kick off today. A spread is better but also a solid mid Saturday block too.
 
well for a change I'm happy with the koff times being I'm OS.
Games start from midday today - I having to head to a lunch and I'll be back in time to stress over the 5pm LFC vs Villa game......
FFS hope we put it together but Villa another who give us a tuff game at the best of times will be smelling red blood :(
