Not the kit man. Someone a lot closer to Hanlin.Maybe the kitman was confused when they told him there's an away trip to Newcastle next year
Again, obviously someone at the club is under the impression that things will be changing at some point in the near future, they’ve based their whole player budget around those assumptionsNot the kit man. Someone a lot closer to Hanlin.
At our club forum we were told their still not enough teams ready for that jump so i doubt it goes H&AI've been hearing the Aus Championship from one source at SO that it is going home and away in 2027 (in line with NPL season). I haven't heard the rumour from anyone else though.
No chance it would be going to home and away in 2027.I've been hearing the Aus Championship from one source at SO that it is going home and away in 2027 (in line with NPL season). I haven't heard the rumour from anyone else though.
Unless Ive missed it, FA has gone completely silent on the Championship..... Maybe THATS why we are making noises about Alegaue again..No chance it would be going to home and away in 2027.
If that was the case, South Melbourne would not bother launching another A League bid. It would focus on building up the new second division competition. You could argue that launching this A League bid may be in response to seeing that Football Australia is not proceeding with implementing a proper home and away national second division competition.
There is no way the APL will allow the national second tier competition moving to a home and away format. Too many vested interested involved.
Well then they’ve gotta offer a viable alternative. The status quo isn’t acceptable. Either open up to merit based applications from clubs outside the a league, or bring the aus championship clubs into the fold via and A1-A2 arrangement etcNo chance it would be going to home and away in 2027.

What do these people actually do on a day to day basis. This sort of thing is some peoples entire jobUnless Ive missed it, FA has gone completely silent on the Championship..... Maybe THATS why we are making noises about Alegaue again..
Focus is on Socceroos, Matildas and A League. What do these people actually do on a day to day basis. This sort of thing is some peoples entire job
Be fair, they rush to collect all our reg fee kick ups and look at all that 'football only' infrastructure they have managed to swallow up, what NO?Focus is on Socceroos, Matildas and A League.
The rest of us have to make the most of the crumbs they throw our way believing they are doing us a favour.
What’s the tribunal for they got deducted 3 points and 2 games behind closed doors resulting the club to lose $$Morning All,
Anyone know what the outcome of the tribunal hearing for Preston was last night??
Further Sanctions were going to be given to Preston along with the 3 Points...look personally I see it as a kick in the guts as monetarily with revenue losses through the 2 matches behind doors and points deduction they shouldn't cop anything further. However this is FV.What’s the tribunal for they got deducted 3 points and 2 games behind closed doors resulting the club to lose $$
FFV the most corrupt organisation in Australia![]()
I mean yes they are trying to make an example of Preston...but that should be done internally within the club..similar to what the Sydney Swans are doing with their players...however you don't see the AFL sanctioning the Sydney Swans with points don't you?
What is the AFL going to do, relegate them?Further Sanctions were going to be given to Preston along with the 3 Points...look personally I see it as a kick in the guts as monetarily with revenue losses through the 2 matches behind doors and points deduction they shouldn't cop anything further. AFL make fifa look like choir boys in terms of corruptionplayers...however you don't see the AFL sanctioning the Sydney Swans with points don't you?
I dont think clubs that play in Australian national leagues have ever been docked points for crowd behaviour. What is the AFL going to do, relegate them?
Asked my source they can't get a straight answer from anyone involved but expects it to be released in the next 24 hoursMorning All,
