Jankovic needs to find his voice again like the last few weeks. If he could cut those stupid mistakes out i would have more confidence in him. Charlston has stepped up big time and honestly if Javi hangs it up end of year I wouldn't mind giving him the gig full time

Given Eliopoulos has not played in 2 months, not sure it would wise to start him. I would bring on Eliopoulos in the second half, and get him ready for the Adelaide United match. In that substitution, you take Painter-Andrews off, move Ramazani to Right Back, and you end up with a Nkwomo, Jankovic, Eliopoulos and Ramazani back line. That's a pretty good back line.

I think having Ramazani next to Jankovic provides a different dimension to the defence. As you mentioned, Ramazani is quicker and can compensate for Jankovic's slowness. It reduces one of our defensive weaknesses.

Maybe I am too biased, but I think we have a fighting chance against Oakleigh. The squad is much stronger than it was prior to the transfer window. We pushed Preston last week and should have scored.

I am also realistic to know that the smaller pitch at Oakleigh does not suit us. We get an early goal and they will open up.

Tend to agree especially when the club has told him the want to win FFA Cup.

We have made some really impressive signings which any manager would love. Is Sinisa the right man to lead us? I say yes but we never know what the board are thinking
 
I have my reservations about him, mainly based around the team lacking a clear identity when it comes to style of play. We seem to more depend on our individual quality having good games.

Havent seen much progression in his coaching this season.

I get what your saying but external interference doesn't help either but with the new additions i think he can turn it around especially that performance against Dandy City team looked different from earlier on in the seasin

I ll have to agree but he still has some credit in the bank to atleast see if he can get the team in order for a defence of the championship... if the cup run comes to a close in this round then it will most likely spells his end at seasons finalr, perhaps only saved if he wins NPL title and no one else (ie JA) becomes available! Not seeing many more options that are better to be honest....
