Barring a second half turnaround, that marks a third of their original goal, made more impactful with Greg O’Rourke at the helm.Early days?

Halfway into the season and “the most ambitious club” is a mere three points clear of relegation. Talk about writing cheques they can’t cash in!
It's a 3 year plan. Check their website. They should have at least played coy this season before announcing their grandiose targets
To be fair u guys are responding to the ecosystem where the suits look at off field metrics as much as on field success for stupid reasons. The ratings for the youtube doc are massive, bigger than anything the a league can manage by farIt's a 3 year plan. Check their website.
The on field stuff will work out. Success is built over time. The processes are in place and it will come together. I have no doubt about it. We are getting between 1000-2000 at the moment which is pretty good.To be fair u guys are responding to the ecosystem where the suits look at off field metrics as much as on field success for stupid reasons. How are the crowds?

Haha, that is confidential.which number 9 are you signing in the window? perez?
all we've been hearing in the podcasts each week is how you don't have a 9, using that as a reason why the results have been poor.

You don't think that position makes a difference? There are other factors.. you should be aware of what makes a good or bad team after SU58's display in the Championship.
Buying the league? Our budget is definitely not as high as people think.it does, but not when your surrounded by the league's best players. what's that saying, "buying the league"
As for our Championship run, its a lot different when you have 10 new kids running around who replaced your entire squad. whereas you have 10 galacticos and still complain about 1 position.

10 galaticos? Name them. We also have a lot of young players in the squad.
And who is complaining? I'm not. We just know what we need and who we need to recruit.. every club does that.
Name the 10 galaticos, please. Apparently, you, a Sydney United supporter, knows more than me who is at the club. The denial is as big as your budget.

And it is a bit rich of you to have a go at what other clubs are spending when SU58 have been one of the top dogs since the NSL ended. Are you afraid of some healthy competition?
I’m not saying we are poor so not sure how that means I’m denying anything. I’m just saying we aren’t spending as much as people think.Dumping and replacing 19 players with a new squad has that 'Galaticos' feel and approach, even though you aint playing like it.
It's not rich at all, you can't compare the two clubs. Chalk and cheese. We still are a top dog, but we just don't need to be in denial about our spending and trying to buy the league.
Ask Jamie & his father, if he is ready for Edensor next week, if you know your squad well enough, you'll will know what i mean.![]()
