This is what I'm asking you, I have no idea of the Vic NPL, you are the one not talking to people following clubs that have connections North of Mount Olympus or something about Cypriots clubs in Australia being only half Greek. Your words mate.

Sure you are... no worries mate. I really hope that way of thinking disappears soon..
Its very disappointing from someone who pretends to open to all cultures. .

I don't pretend mate, I respect all cultures, from both the North & South sides of Mt Olympus, also all of Cypriot, both the Greek & Turkish sides & especially I respect the great culture of this country that dates back 60,000 years.

Awesome, your respect is very much appreciated. So an Australian football club with Greek or Turkish culture is equal to one with Aboriginal culture? I get what you are saying now.. we are ALL mainstream Australia and should be treated THE SAME... People really shouldn't have any preference of one over the other because of their own prejudices I agree, they should get down to their nearest club regardless of what its called and what flag is flying out the front, Turkish, Greek, Aboriginal we are ALL Australians. nice one.

Foreign flags should only be flying at embassies.

Even still AFC may well say no to Heidelberg United playing in AFC Champions League Two and tell Football Australia they have to follow suit with everyone else which would mean that Melbourne Victory end up being our representatives in Asian second-tier continental competition instead.
 
article 7.4 in the AFC Club Competition entry regulations 2025 (for the 2026/27 season) blocks Football Australia from doing this.

The 50% rule,
AFC strictly mandates that any club entering continental competition via sporting criteria (except for the cup winner itself) must finish in the top 50% of their nation's top division domestic league final standings and since Heidelberg United didn't win last years Australia Cup they are completely ineligible for an AFC club license.
