To be able to have those policies in place your refs need to be beyond disrepute, can FV seriously claim that they are? .. only guarantee is that FV will continue to show teeth 'in the name.of the product'..

100% agree not saying coaches are always saints but some of the officiating has been somewhat questionable

If it's within Victoria, he'd be suspended wherever he goes. Probably same for nationwide given the level to be honest, but definitely would be within Victoria.
