If the comp continues the way it is, nearly every club is still a contender for the top six.
Interestingly SFC have the equal highest points protentional along with Auckland.

There are no easy games based on how the season is rolling along - but the 6 teams in the first three games this round are real position statements for teams in pretty direct competition for the same position in the table.

Personally, I am a bit pissed we are a game ahead because a future fixture was thrown back into our hectic Christmas schedule - having our Round 20 (end of Feb) fixture against City on 6 January.

That aside, it is frustrating looking at a table where we are clinging to the top 6 but have to wait another month for games in hand to play out.

Woh, confident. Sydney have been extremely insipid the past couple of outings, they'll need to really lift and the Wanderers will be buzzing from their new striker and will be up for it in general. Be an interesting encounter, fiery I reckon.

The Adelaide United v Macarthur game has been pushed back by half an hour due to extreme heat and is now a 7:35pm South Australia time kickoff, 8:05pm AEDT but still on the Friday, January 30th.
