That was my assumption as well, though I get that most people mightn’t immediately make the connection(it doesn’t help that the rest of the kit is green, which one def doesn’t associate w/the surrounds of Uluru)Home is clean, like it.
I like the colours of the away but not necessarily together and not a fan of the position of the gradient. I’ve heard/seen that it may represent Uluru which would be a nice touch. Will wait to see the kit proper for full judgment.
For the away(though this would’ve been more apt for Qatar ‘22 in coinciding w/the Socceroos’ centenary) I’d love to see a modernised take on the Kangaroos rugby-league ripoff-kit worn by the Socceroos in the ‘40s-‘50s, but w/the gradient-scheme of the ODI cricket kit from 20yrs ago as a point of distinction:
