They were so bad I need not mention any names. Couldn't beat NZ in WC qualifiers and the coaching was just woeful but not as bad as the players.
Am I missing any others? Maybe the 1986 side that lost to Fiji.

The 2002 squad (albeit comprised of players from the old NSL) lost to NZ in the Oceania Nations Cup Final too.

The brief period after the 1974 qualofication where we lost to kiwait and nz did look dour. Had steady improvement since then
