Sign Up Now!If you don’t like Leichhardt you really wouldn’t like Olympic villageThe integrity of the tournament is done with this shambolic decision. It is like something from a third world country.

If it is the case..ok fine, but I don’t recall that being stipulated from the start, seems like they’re just making up rules as they go along at timesI want to hear this from the FA.
Allegedly;
1.5k at Marconi v Moreton city
4K at Hellas v Alexander
Poor by both.
Final would be better off at Marconi Stadium than the dump they have chosen.
Why not Tarneit? 5k looks great there
Fuck me, is that Olympic Village? What a tip to hold such an important match at.The integrity of the tournament is done with this shambolic decision. It is like something from a third world country.

I don’t have strong feeling re rugari, but pretty odd that it’s taken a football journalist until the semi final to bother getting to an aus championship game
I have a feeling they also weighed it up on where they will get more bodies through the doors to be fair and that was always going to go in one direction as was proven!Olympic Village is not ideal. Far from it. The playing surface is quite good, but from a spectator amenity perspective, it’s quite poor.
This is a sign that Football Australia chose the cheapest option to host the event. But it also highlights the absence of boutique stadiums of high quality in Melbourne.
Was more than that at lakeside as everyone will tell you or you could see but ok!Poor by both.
didnt you hear? its bc the 'wembley of the west' is under construction while its owners sleep!Final would be better off at Marconi Stadium than the dump they have chosen.
Why not Tarneit? 5k looks great there
Ill eat my hellas hat if that crowd was only 4k! HahahaGoes to show the importance of scheduling, a stupid midday kick off at Marconi on the day of wanderers v Sydney fc was always less than ideal. You were always going to only get the core supporters who would be there no matter what, and even some of them wouldn’t have been able to make it.
4K at Hellas v Alexander for the Greek derby in a semi, so less than the 4.6k who were at the APIA v Marconi in the Italian derby in a quarter final on a day with similar weather. The main differentiating factor was probably the fact that the later was on prime time on a Friday night
I did say “allegedly”. For sure there has been some inaccuracy re crowd reporting across the tournamentIll eat my hellas hat if that crowd was only 4k! Hahaha
Not questioning your comment Glenardo, we are making the same point, the reporting at times has been more than suspect!I did say “allegedly”. For sure there has been some inaccuracy re crowd reporting across the tournament..
He does have a problem believing crowd figures, especially his own teams, he either exaggerates them or fails to believe the low ones.I did say “allegedly”. For sure there has been some inaccuracy re crowd reporting across the tournament
Apologies I didn’t mean for my response to sound hostile, I agree we’re making the same pointNot questioning your comment Glenardo, we are making the same poinylt, the reporting at times has veen more than suspect!
