Genuine self sabotage if so. I understand the broadcast and contracts etc but I don’t think if you asked a single fan/football person they’d say that was a good time to fixture a match. The fixturing has just been poor all round for this, as good as it’s been overall there’s plenty of room for improvement

Sunday's were usuall in Greece and Im sure most other Balkan countries if anyone wants to confirm... Saturdays were work days and Sundays was church in the morning and then football in the afternoon.

Im pretty sure most of the Series A matches were Sundays form memory.. even now.. times below are Melbourne time but Mon = Sunday in Italy for example.

I was meaning pre 80's. Sunday football was introduced to Scotland and England in 1974 Saturday was a half day at a work and Sunday , the sabbath, where pubs were not even open, as well as most shops. Changed days.

Exactly kick the one or two trouble makers out, not blanket ban every active supporter and remove their flags and banners.

from what i can see non of their banners etc were political, just reads Preston Boys, & Preston Makedonija Ultras.

Joke of a decision by the club, i hope it bites them in the arse.
