I was happy with the turn out for the game and commentary - Christ were not pro don’t forget and it’s the first game, step by step - all I saw was a pretty good match and some cracking goals for a Friday night !
My only bitch was SO’s terrible vanilla away shirt looked meh.
Congrats Hellas a late winner.
Loved seeing the blue flare got to say :)

Edit - whenever I heard Pasquali I kept thinking of our GG haha go P !

If crowd sizes were exaggerated on either side (a league/npl/nst) that would leak

We get perth glory ceos tax information, im skeptical a conspiracy could be kept quiet

The ground had enough ppl to fill the other side but for whatever reason people would prefer to stand in the areas of the main stand, i wanted to go across but my mates wanted to stand up. The corporate section which was closed off for the Aus cup final had 400 (thats how many at the pre game function up there) and all the areas around the food trucks were full for the entire game. We were discussing at the ground looking around and said if all of us not sitting actually go to the other end it would pack it out.

I just dont think you can get 10,000 without the help of the other team, the Jets filled 3 bays last week and had many scattered in the main grandstand. Olympic maybe had a dozen people.

As it wont be ticketed a South v Preston quarter final at lakeside would get 12,000.

I love how you think that many where there, take off the tinted glasses. I watched the whole game and was underwhelmed by it all, I expected a lot better. But I will watch other games over the weekend, I am not out yet.

You guys missed a trick tonight, to show the rest of Australia how big your club can be. I don’t believe you will get bigger crowds in your other two home games, hope I am wrong. Good luck for the rest of the tournament.

Hahaha.. Sure you did mate (apparently), ans in all your unbiased glory as always.....
Difference being that I was actually at the ground, a ground you have zero knowledge of or have ever been, to know what it looks like how the crowd is dispersed etc etc etc..
So which of the 2 of us is closer to the truth there would you say?

As for the other games we will get what we get ... dont see you guys having consistency or even growth to be demanding it as a benchmark for others!
