The Socceroos playing list for the 2006 World Cup had the likes of Mark Schwarzer, Tim Cahill and Harry Kewell though.

I ve watched many panels, football pundits, football youtubers has chosen the easy way just look at the players club then give prediction that s about it.

Some are saying Australia got no hope Australia got no chance in this group without even talked about we made the round of 16 last WC.

Some laugh at us cuz our best players are playing in the championship. Once we get more players playing in the big 5 league /in UCL + national team transfermaket is about € 250 mill then all of the sudden everyone will respect the socceroos otherwise it's just a fluke or luck. Seem like people only idolize the level of league or club or market value.

well yes your right re so many using google/wiki/transmarket etcetc - especially todays YouTuber pod casters yes bang on..
Hence the modern day world over "experts" talking up their own podcasts as if they know but sweet f all.....

Whereas talking actual known name pundits, they also don't give us much hope, some respect but not much and thats how it is.
I agree its all about making the big time, the big 5 leagues, the world is getting more and more "look at me" and follow who's on centre stage performing.

In the end that is where they see us, I know sucks especially after such a great performance to us.

Respect is earned not given in the end as they say, be nice to beat the doubters one day.

I don't mind him rotating the outfield players - but GK is one of those spots, especially after Beach's performance, that you generally shouldn't be rotating.

If I had my way - I think I agree with Herrington in for Burgess this game. Maybe Irvine back in, but I'm not sure who for yet. Maybe O'Neill.

Subs in the game (obviously up for variation depending how the game goes) but I would have: Italiano > Geria, Bos > Behich, Irankunda > Volpato, Toure, Yengi, and then a CM > another CM
 
Turkey didn't have a Balogun, which is what we will face here.

I think for this game i'd like to see:
1. More chance creation
2. More agressive pressing in the middle of the park, rather than nicking it on the edge of our box

That's what I was going to say - when did he even have a calf issue? This is the first I'm hearing of it - AI likes to make shit up. Unless I'm telling it to generate an image, or summarise a document I give it, I double research anything it says now.
