I cant see the US getting any points off either MD1 or MD3. That means MD2 becomes their and our necessity.

USMNT defender Chris Richards has ‘two torn ligaments in his ankle’ per Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner — who says it’s “50/50” if he can play in the UEFA Conference League final.

Other reports saying Richards is in a bad way and in serious doubt for the world cup. He's a liability and our speed can really hassle him so hopefully he does play. He'll tried to fight us last time so we need to get him to do something stupid.

It really is turning into a war of attrition. Turkey's best 3 players under an injury cloud and then with Pulisic coming back the rest of the US squad have injuries as well

Chris Richards (Center-Back, Crystal Palace): Suffered two torn ligaments in his left ankle and is currently rated 50/50 for his UEFA Conference League final and a massive doubt for the World Cup.
Johnny Cardoso (Midfielder, Atlético Madrid): Sidelined with a high-grade ankle sprain that required surgery, officially ruling him out.
Brenden Aaronson (Midfielder, Leeds United): Left a recent club match with a knee injury and remains under evaluation.
Tim Weah (Forward, Marseille): Currently battling an unspecified muscle issue, though Marseille is exercising caution to have him ready for World Cup duty.
Tanner Tessmann (Midfielder, Lyon): Ruled out in May with a muscle strain, dealing a blow to the U.S. midfield depth.
John Tolkin (Left-Back, New York Red Bulls): Dealing with an inner knee ligament injury.
Patrick Agyemang (Forward, Derby County): Suffered a season-ending Achilles tendon rupture.
Jonathan Klinsmann (Goalkeeper, Cesena): Sidelined with a broken neck and is completely out of World Cup contention.

I'm not surprised. I don't think he looked that dangerous against us. He felt like an edge of the squad type player.
I think so too but he had a lot of press time recently and had one or two concerning traits that I felt if he played Australia, he might get his fairytale.

Their midfield is decent on their day and I just fear Adams and McKennie being on fire.

Adams is a beast when fully fit - but since his injuries doesnt seem to cover the same amount of ground

Once gain. Formations aside, the centre mids are going to be cooked after 4 games and one injury and a red card adds even more pressure.

USA squad being released one by one on stage with their home town and state like a basketball team...

Is it best Paraguay beat the USA first up? It means the USA have to come at us which players well into our style and Paraguay maybe be a bit different in the third game.
