Same was my first live Socceroos game.

Three weeks ago we would have taken Egypt in the last 32. This is a good test but very winnable.

Something to watch is Mo Salah was subbed off after a possible hamstring injury in this game and he looked pretty upset on the bench. Also, Egypt's starting midfielder Mohanad Lasheen will miss our game after two yellow cards in the group stage.

Iran should make it with a bit of luck though. They need Austria to beat Algeria or Uzbekistan to get at least a point against DR Congo or Ghana to beat Croatia.

I guess Austria’s their best chance. Both Iran and Korea will go through if 2 of the above scenarios happen.
