Strain at right back for me or I'd pack the midfield so much that Metcalfe would be at right back but would be allowed to roam so much so Balard or Devlin can hang back for cover and Irankunda as winger can be a quick backtracker too.
 
Should I sim these friendlies too, or nah?

Cameroon hasn't announced their squad yet - but if I was to do tonight, I'd try to replicate their AFCON squad

Update - I found Robertson in the Free Agents - he was still listed as English. I did a deep dive for all 7 non-listed players and found him. So, I have now included him in place of Devlin (as Devlin is out injured, whereas Ballard and Irvine are not)
 
Was hoping to see some more of the fringe guys.

Balard, Gauci, Bennie and Kuol I think would of been good to have them in camp. Don't get the Boyle one yeah he's scoring but hasn't look good for us for a long time maybe leave him and just bring him to cup if he's a scoring. Probably just doesn't travel well.

You seem to have a different memory of Pim's time than me. You're probably right about Popovic but I think we had a similar defensive setup during the times of Arok and Thomson where we played with a back 5 that included a sweeper so it was mostly 1-4-3-2.
