let me start with my question.

Silver Lake paid I think 130 million for a percentage of the A-League.

My question is.

I read Silver Lake, converted their investment into an interest bearing loan.

Is this true i.e. is Silver Lake no longer an investor but a creditor.

I get they are a comercial company, but they also have the unique advantage that their customers want them to make a profit. What other company has that going for them? They need to use their advantage and be transparent

Tis also important as if now an interest bearing commercial loan, it explains the 1.5 million per club reduction in fees as this would be needed to pay interest.
