Correct. They'd still have lower tiers in their pyramid, just not connected.

But then there’s the North Coast, the Northern Tablelands and the Orana.

Orana did have an A-League bid at one stage - wonder if they would be keen for a national second division or lower team. The vision was to unite the football bases of Orange, Bathurst, and Dubbo together with the Glen Willow stadium at Mudgee (probably the best venue of the 4).

I would love to see this region in the Championship. Some great long weekends to be had.
